Construction at Cipriani Residences Miami has officially reached the 30th floor, marking steady vertical progress for the luxury tower now 17 months into its planned 48-month timeline.
The 80-story development will rise to a height of 940 feet above ground (950 feet above sea level), making it the tallest tower in Brickell once completed. It will feature 397 high-end condominiums, with delivery expected in 2028.
Significant construction milestones have already been achieved: Exterior windows have been installed on level 23, balcony railings are in place on levels 8–10, interior framing and mechanical installations are progressing on levels 8–17
