The Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove has reached a new milestone with FAA approval for a construction crane to rise 374 feet at 2699 South Bayshore Drive, clearing the path for vertical progress on this 20-story oceanfront development in one of Miami’s most storied neighborhoods.

A collaboration between South Florida developers CMC Group, led by Ugo Colombo, and Fort Partners, led by Nadim Ashi, in partnership with Four Seasons, the project represents the first standalone Four Seasons residential development in Florida. Sales launched in April 2024 and are being handled directly by the development team.

Designed by a world-class team, Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International leads the architectural vision, while celebrated Florentine designer Michele Bönan brings his signature touch to the interiors. The building’s soft, curved façade pays homage to Coconut Grove’s lush tropical setting, blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings while standing out on the Biscayne Bay skyline.

The project will offer 70 ultra-luxury residences, ranging from two- to four-bedroom layouts up to 3,980 square feet, with four penthouses topping out at 9,690 square feet. Each residence will feature nearly 11-foot-high ceilings, expansive glass walls, custom Italian kitchens by Molteni, and Italian marble bathrooms, all accessible via private elevators. Homes will also include advanced in-residence automation and lighting systems.

Amenities at Four Seasons Coconut Grove are curated for privacy and elegance, with a residents-only restaurant, library, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, spa with hammam and cold plunge, children’s play area, and private event room. An expansive pool deck and bar lounge will be managed with signature Four Seasons service, along with 24/7 concierge, valet, housekeeping, butler, wellness, and in-residence dining offerings—all in a non-hotel setting.
