Construction at Baccarat Residences in Brickell is steadily progressing, with the tower now reaching level 25, according to new photos by Ryan RC Rea. The luxury skyscraper is on its way to topping off at 75 stories, with an approved height of 848 feet above ground.

A major foundation pour was completed in August 2023, setting the stage for what will become one of Brickell’s most prestigious addresses. Upon completion, Baccarat will deliver 324 tower residences, 8 exclusive penthouses, and 28 riverfront flats and duplexes.

As of April 2024, the project had already achieved 95% of its sales target, highlighting strong buyer demand.

Adjacent to the site, the Viceroy Brickell, a separate 45-story tower, was topped off earlier this year and will include 420 condo units.

Completion of Baccarat Residences is expected in early 2028, marking another milestone in the continued transformation of Miami’s riverfront corridor.
