Okan Tower, located at 555 North Miami Avenue, broke ground recently in a ceremony attended by eminent personalities in the business, political, civic, hospitality and real estate brokerage community.
Termed as a “megacomplex” by its developer Okan Group, the 70-story Okan Tower will be among Miami’s tallest towers at 902 feet with a curved façade inspired by the Turkish national flower, the tulip. The tower features 163 Sky Residences with exclusive amenities only for owners, a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel with amenities and entertainment areas, 236 Short-Term Rental Residences managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and 64,000 square feet of ‘Class A’ office space.
The Okan Tower will have a range of lifestyle amenities such as a dedicated 24-hour reception and concierge at the ground floor arrival entrance, a rooftop pool and sky deck with private cabanas on the 70th floor offering sweeping views of downtown and Biscayne Bay. Residents will also be able to enjoy an additional lap pool on the 12th floor with clubroom and indoor and outdoor lounges. Other amenities include a health and fitness center with a yoga studio, as well as a wellness spa with sauna, steam and treatment rooms. In addition, residents will enjoy access to a children’s sensory and play room, theater, and wine cellar and owner’s lounge. The developer has announced a completion date of 2026 for Okan Tower.
