Pier Sixty-Six Residences Completes Indigo Tower in Fort Lauderdale

September 8, 2025

Pier Sixty-Six Residences, the luxury residential centerpiece of Tavistock Development Companyʼs multi-billion-dollar reimagining of Fort Lauderdaleʼs Pier Sixty-Six, has officially completed its final building, Indigo. The 11-story tower received its certificate of occupancy, delivering 28 waterfront homes and marking the full completion of the communityʼs four residential offerings. A record-setting sale further punctuated Indigoʼs debut: its penthouse closed at $14.5 million, the highest-priced new development condominium sale in Broward County to date.

Residences at Indigo are inspired by nautical design, with architecture that echoes the forms of boat decks and piers. Homes feature three to five bedrooms, private elevator access, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and sweeping water views. Each residence also includes a private outdoor terrace with lounge and dining areas, complemented by a temperature-controlled plunge pool illuminated in aqua tones.

The milestone follows the completion of the development's other residential components, including Azul, which was delivered in fall 2024. Azul rises 11 stories and contains 29 corner residences distinguished by curved terraces resembling coral reef formations, all featuring private plunge pools — a first for Fort Lauderdale condominiums. Earlier in 2024, Tavistock also delivered The Resort Residences, two four-story waterfront buildings totaling 31 homes ranging from 1,645 to over 3,800 square feet. These residences are the only ones eligible for Pier Sixty-Sixʼs rental management program. Together, the four buildings establish Pier Sixty-Six Residences as one of South Floridaʼs most exclusive new waterfront addresses, blending resort-inspired design with record-breaking market momentum.
