The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami Unveils Penthouse

September 15, 2025

Swire Properties has announced an exclusive partnership with Harrods Interior Design for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, marking the British luxury retailerʼs first residential development project in the United States. The Collaboration introduces bespoke design services for buyers on Brickell Key, reinforcing the projectʼs vision of blending world-class architecture, hospitality, and interiors.

At the center of the partnership is the Knightsbridge Penthouse, a $50 million residence crowning the South Tower. Spanning 7,965 square feet, the four-bedroom home features expansive terraces, an outdoor pool, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami. Harrods Interior Design has created a customizable concept for the penthouse, with curated details such as a Murano glass chandelier, Taj Mahal marble flooring, richly veined travertine, and bespoke fixtures and artwork. Among its most striking features is a metallic mosaic pool design by French artist Mathilde Jonquiere.

The penthouseʼs principal suite channels yacht-inspired design and opens to a private terrace. The en-suite bathroom includes a carved stone vanity, brushed nickel fixtures, and a freestanding bathtub overlooking the bay. Dual dressing rooms add to the suiteʼs sense of retreat. A dedicated wellness wing houses a private gym with PENT equipment, Swarovski crystal-accented dumbbells, a lap pool, and an open-air shower suspended 800 feet above the city. Additional wellness features include a Dornbracht feature shower in 24-karat champagne gold and a sauna with a Himalayan salt wall. For entertaining, the penthouse offers a formal dining room, a speakeasy-style bar, and multiple outdoor terraces.

All purchasers at The Residences will receive a complimentary consultation with Harrods Interior Design, with the option to access its full-service offerings, from global sourcing to project management. Across the development, celebrated designers Tristan Auer and Laura Gonzalez are also shaping interiors.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami will consist of two towers: the South Tower with 228 condominiums, and the North Tower with 121 hotel rooms, 70 private residences, and 28 hotel residences. The project is the final new development opportunity on Brickell Key, an island neighborhood long shaped by Swire Properties' vision.

“Collaborating with Harrods, a brand with over 175 years of heritage, elevates this project to a new standard,ˮ said Henry Bott, president of Swire Properties, Inc. USA. Harrods Interior Design, led by Letitia Fitzgibbon, has overseen high-profile projects across Europe and the United Kingdom, from historic estates to luxury hotels.

Set for completion in 2030, the development has already surpassed $1 billion in sales, with the South Tower more than 50 percent sold. With its unmatched location and the Mandarin Orientalʼs legendary service, the project is set to redefine ultra-luxury living on Miamiʼs waterfront.
