North Development has officially broken ground on Domus Brickell Center, a 35-story residential tower that will deliver 579 fully furnished residences to the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Designed by MC+G Architecture with interiors by Urban Robot Associates, the project represents the next evolution of the developer’s Domus FLATS model. This concept combines modern living, hotel-style amenities, and short-term rental flexibility tailored to today’s dynamic lifestyles.

The groundbreaking ceremony, held at 1034 SW 2nd Avenue, was led by North Development’s founding partners, Ricardo Dunin and Juan Carlos Tassara, who highlighted the vision of creating residences that meet the needs of both end-users and global investors. Attendees were welcomed to a reception following the event, where the Domus brand’s hospitality-driven ethos was showcased through curated beverages, hors d’oeuvres, and a lifestyle presentation that echoed the project’s future resident experience.

When complete, Domus Brickell Center will offer studios to two-bedroom layouts, all delivered fully furnished for effortless ownership and investment potential.
