Developer Heinrich von Hanau has launched sales of his final and only collection of 12 custom single family home estates to be built for discerning buyers in the luxury home community known as The Links Estates at Fisher Island.
Fisher Island is an ultra-exclusive private island off the coast of Miami Beach that is accessible only by ferry, boat or helicopter and features a private golf course, beach club, restaurants and tennis facilities. Fisher Island is also the wealthiest zip code in the United States. The Links Estates at Fisher Island aims to set the new standard for ultra-luxury island living and will feature 12 multi-story single-family-home estates out of which four homes have been presold. Each of the expansive, two-level mansions averaging 10,000 square feet will be unique and custom built in a “modern Tuscan estate” style.
Built on 0.3-acre to half-acre lots, all the designer spec homes will feature private rooftops and ground-level infinity pools and gardens that connect indoor and outdoor kitchens, dining areas, terraces and living spaces. The single-family homes will feature offices, walk-in closets and master suites, and offer elevator entry from a five-car private garage. Outdoor spaces will offer water features, additional parking, verdant gardens, and landscaped privacy. Buyers can work along with the developer and international design partners to customize their private island estate home. Prices start at an average of $3,300 per square foot, translating into an average of $33 million for each home. Groundbreaking on the first home in The Links Estates at Fisher Island is scheduled for later this summer, with completion set for early 2025.
