Midtown Park Miami Secures Approval for Master Plan

October 23, 2025

Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality have received unanimous approval from the City of Miami's Urban Development Review Board for Midtown Park, a $2 billion master-planned community. This five-acre project, located at 3055 North Miami Avenue, is envisioned as a connected, walkable destination that will redefine the city's Midtown neighborhood. It is set to seamlessly link the creative energy of Wynwood with the sophistication of the Design District, establishing a new benchmark for mixed-use urban living

The 1.2-million-square-foot development, designed by Arquitectonica, will be built in two phases. The plan calls for 924 residences, 60,000 square feet of office space, and over 120,000 square feet of retail and dining. The layout includes two 28-story towers, two 17-story towers, and a low-rise retail pavilion. A standout feature is the world-class racquet and padel club operated by ULTRA Padel, which is expected to be one of the largest facilities of its kind in the country.

Midtown is poised for a significant transformation, evolving from a formerly vacant parcel into an energized social hub that merges design and community. The first building to rise will be Midtown Park Residences by Proper, a 28-story residential tower designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis Studio. Upon completion, expected in 2028, Midtown Park will mark a defining step in the continued evolution of Miami's urban core, focusing on a cultural and wellness-driven environment that celebrates open space and connectivity.
