The Residences at Shell Bay by Auberge Resorts Collection has officially commenced vertical construction, marking a major milestone for one of South Florida's most exclusive residential destinations. The 20-story waterfront tower, developed by Witkoff Group and PPG Development, has completed its first few levels of construction.
