Shell Bay Residences Goes Vertical in Hallandale

October 30, 2025

The Residences at Shell Bay by Auberge Resorts Collection has officially commenced vertical construction, marking a major milestone for one of South Florida's most exclusive residential destinations. The 20-story waterfront tower, developed by Witkoff Group and PPG Development, has completed its first few levels of construction. Located within the private 150-acre Shell Bay community, the project is on track for delivery in 2027.

Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture, the tower will feature 108 private homes that showcase wraparound terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and panoramic views of the Greg Norman-designed golf course and Intracoastal Waterway. Interiors by AvroKO bring an understated elegance through natural textures and bespoke detailing. Residents gain exclusive membership access to the Shell Bay Club, which features a championship 18-hole Greg Norman golf course, a 12-acre practice facility, and a 48-slip private marina.

Shell Bay offers a rare sense of seclusion in Hallandale Beach, minutes from Aventura, Sunny Isles, and Bal Harbour. It represents an entirely new standard for private club living, where the golf and racquet facilities are already among the world's finest. The forthcoming 60-key Auberge hotel and spa will further elevate the lifestyle, offering five-star hospitality and personalized services. Upon completion in 2027, the development will redefine luxury coastal living by uniting architecture, nature, and hospitality into a private sanctuary.
