Visions Becomes Meliá Miami, Secures $30M Loan

November 10, 2025

The planned condo-hotel at 1120 Southwest Third Avenue in Miami's Brickell neighborhood has been rebranded as Meliá Miami Brickell, following a new partnership between developer Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) and the Spanish hotel chain Meliá Hotels International. This development, previously known as Visions at Brickell Station, will feature 110 condo-hotel units and marks the first Meliá-branded residential project in Miami. This major announcement coincided with the developer securing a $30 million construction loan, solidifying the project's financial foundation and allowing construction to move forward immediately.

The 110-unit tower will be designed by Miami Lakes-based DTI Architects, with interiors curated by Adriana Hoyos. The partnership introduces Meliá Hotels International, aligning the project with an established global hospitality brand. The fully furnished condo-hotel units are expected to attract global investors due to their pricing and the promise of rental income, catering to the high demand for short-term rental-friendly properties in the area.

Located in the dynamic and highly sought-after Brickell area, the project is situated near major hubs for live-work-play residents and investors. While the area is seeing a robust pipeline of condo-hotel projects, Meliá Miami Brickell is set to leverage the brand's reputation to appeal to sophisticated international travelers and investors. The developer anticipates a completion timeline of approximately 20 months, signaling a rapid delivery schedule for this new branded residence in Miami's urban core.
