Cipriani Residences Miami, the forthcoming 80-story tower, has reached the halfway point of its vertical ascent, achieving a notable milestone with one of the fastest construction paces in the city's history. The development is currently rising one level every 3 working days, using a next-generation self-climbing slipform system that allows the building's core to ascend continuously without crane dependency. Upon completion in 2028, the nearly 1,000-foot tower is set to become Brickell’s first designated supertall structure.
Construction is currently at level 44, with special attention given to the 37th floor, which has been completed and will house an exclusive, resident-only Cipriani speakeasy. The final tower will include 397 luxury residential units and an expansive amenity program. The amenity areas will span 50,000 square feet and feature multiple pools, a wellness center, and signature food and beverage services managed by the renowned hospitality brand.
The project is strategically located in the heart of Brickell, the epicenter of Miami’s financial and luxury residential boom. The area is defined by its walkable, urban lifestyle and concentration of international investment. Cipriani Residences will anchor Brickell’s profile as a global metropolis, defining the skyline and offering a lifestyle that blends residential comfort with world-class hospitality. Its anticipated completion in 2028 is a critical moment in the evolution of South Florida’s ultraluxury market.
