Related Group and BH Group are preparing to break ground in 2026 on Icon Beach Waterfront Residences, a 38-story luxury condominium tower in Hollywood, Florida. The approximately 400-foot-tall project is scheduled for completion in 2028 and will introduce approximately 350 residences to the highly sought-after Intracoastal corridor.

The residences, designed by CFE Architects, will range from one to three bedrooms, spanning from 948 to 2,580 square feet (approximately 88 to 240 square meters). Interiors by Meyer Davis will feature high-end finishes and floor-to-ceiling glass, emphasizing the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Amenities will cover an expansive 30,000 to 40,000 square feet (approximately 2,787 to 3,716 square meters), positioning the tower as a comprehensive lifestyle destination. Highlights include a full-service beach club, a resident marina, a waterfront pool deck with private cabanas, a spa, and a wellness center. The property will also feature curated artworks from the Jorge M. Pérez Contemporary Art Collection.
