Four Seasons Residences Breaks Ground in Coconut Grove

November 18, 2025

South Florida developers CMC Group and Fort Partners have officially broken ground on Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove, marking the start of construction for the highly anticipated luxury development. The project is notable as the first standalone residential offering by Four Seasons in Florida and is scheduled to welcome residents in early 2028.

The softly curved 20-story tower, designed by Luis Revuelta with interiors by Florentine designer Michele Bönan, will introduce 70 residences and four penthouse homes. Residences range from 2,025 to 3,975 square feet (approximately 188 to 369 square meters), while penthouses span up to 9,690 square feet (approximately 900 square meters). Units feature open floor plans, custom Italian kitchens by Molteni, and private elevator access.

The amenity program is centered on wellness and hospitality. Highlights include a full spa experience known as The Caesar Experience, inspired by ancient Roman bath chambers, along with a restaurant, library, and expansive pool deck serviced by Four Seasons. Residents will enjoy dedicated, hotel-level service without an attached hotel, including a Director of Residences and butler service, cementing the project's unique luxury focus in Coconut Grove.
