Fortune International Group and Blue Road have released new renderings and design details for Nexo Residences in North Miami Beach which was launched in April.

The project, located at 13899 Biscayne Boulevard is designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc, with consultation from internationally-renowned architect Carlos Ott, while the common areas, residence interiors, and landscaping are curated by Urban Robot.

The property features 254 move-in-ready residences with full home-sharing capabilities without restrictions accompanied by resort-style amenities such as a two-story arrival lobby and lounge, an outdoor children’s playground, an indoor/outdoor fitness center with a yoga studio, and a luxury pool deck complete with a pool and two spa pools with loungers. Other amenities include a rooftop observatory deck complete with a fire pit, dining and cooking area and a refuge for stargazing. Nexo Residences will also feature a two-story tech hub spanning more than 2,600 square feet that will have large floor-to-ceiling windows to welcome natural light and include a café, coworking spaces, and business center.
