DAMAC International's ultra-luxury condominium, The Delmore, has completed deep and trench soil mixing (DSM/TSM) at its oceanfront Surfside site, clearing the path for vertical construction next year. The 12-story boutique tower, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, is set to introduce 37 full and half-floor residences averaging more than 7,000 square feet, with completion targeted for 2029.
The completion of the technically demanding foundation work, led by Keller North America, was a pivotal step, establishing a watertight perimeter to support one of the deepest basements planned along Miami's coastline. The Delmore will feature luxury interiors by HBA and residences starting at $15 million. The developer emphasized the project's scarcity and commitment to ultra-luxury quality for discerning global buyers.
The tower boasts over 55,000 square feet of world-class amenities. Highlights include a 75-foot suspended acrylic pool connecting the building’s two wings, a 75-foot indoor lap pool, and a residents-only restaurant with a Michelin-curated menu. The Delmore, with 200 feet of direct oceanfrontage, aims to set a new standard for sophisticated, ultra-luxury living in Surfside.
