Witkoff Group and Monroe Capital have reached a critical construction milestone at Shore Club Private Collection in Miami Beach, completing the concrete foundation pour for the new 20-story residential tower at 1901 Collins Avenue. Designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and built by Coastal Construction, this pour used approximately 1,100 cubic yards of concrete over 15 continuous hours, marking a definitive step toward vertical construction.
The development comprises 49 residences spread across three distinct components: the new tower, the restored 1939 Cromwell House (offering six unique homes), and The Beach House, a single-family oceanfront property. The project’s strong momentum is evident, with residences already sold at more than 85 percent, reflecting the appeal of its oceanfront location and architectural heritage to global buyers.
Shore Club is being developed in partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection, ensuring residents receive hotel-level service and extensive amenities. Owners will have exclusive access to three swimming pools, a fitness center, a signature restaurant, a private beach club, and various concierge and in-residence dining services. All three components are scheduled to open simultaneously in 2027.
