Bentley Residences Sets Foundation Pour Record in Sunny Isles Beach

November 26, 2025

Bentley Residences Miami, the 716-foot ultra-luxury tower in Sunny Isles Beach, has achieved a record-setting construction milestone by completing the largest residential mat foundation pour in Florida. Led by Dezer Development in partnership with Bentley Motors, the complex operation secures the base for the 216-residence tower, which is poised to redefine luxury living ahead of its planned delivery in 2028.

The mat foundation pour set a new state record and was the second-largest foundation pour in U.S. history, requiring 20,000 cubic yards of concrete from 2,100 truckloads over 36 continuous hours. Residences range from 5,256 to 6,333 square feet and incorporate Bentley’s signature design language. The tower's defining feature remains the Dezervator, a patented car elevator that transports residents and their vehicles directly to private sky garages.

The project emphasizes expansive indoor-outdoor living, with every home featuring private heated swimming pools and summer kitchens. Amenities span 20,000 square feet, including a private restaurant led by Chef Todd English, a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, and a full spa. The successful completion of this foundation work, a testament to the partnership with Coastal Construction, advances the $5.8 million-plus project toward vertical rise.
