Sage Intracoastal Residences, a 28-story boutique condominium tower at 900 Intracoastal Drive in Fort Lauderdale, has broken ground. The development, designed by FSMY Architects with interiors by BAMO and developed by Property Markets Group (PMG), features 200 linear feet of Intracoastal Waterway frontage. Construction is led by John Moriarty and Associates, with completion expected in late 2027.

The project will comprise 44 luxury residences, emphasizing privacy with only two homes per floor. The three and four-bedroom units start at 2,767 square feet. They are designed to maximize unobstructed views of the Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean, protected in perpetuity by the Bonnet House Museum. Residences boast ten-foot ceilings, custom Italian kitchen cabinetry by BAMO, and expansive private terraces with summer kitchens.

Sage will offer over 19,000 square feet of amenities centered on a wellness-focused lifestyle. Highlights include the Sage Wellness Spa (steam, sauna, cold plunge), a resort-style pool, an expanded jacuzzi positioned along the waterfront, and a golf simulator.
