Oasis Hallandale East Tower Passes Halfway Mark

December 1, 2025

Vertical construction on the East Tower of Oasis Hallandale has surpassed the halfway mark, reaching the 14th floor of its planned 25-story height. The mixed-use development, designed by Arquitectonica, also celebrated the structural topping out of its six-level, 70,000-square-foot amenity podium, signaling rapid progress across the ten-acre site in Hallandale Beach.

Oasis Hallandale’s two towers will feature 500 luxury residences ranging from 900 to 4,750 square feet, with pricing from $750,000 to just over $5 million. Units are planned with floor-to-ceiling windows, imported Italian finishes, and open concept floor plans. Furthermore, the development includes a completed commercial district of five low-rise buildings, offering 60,000 sq. ft. of retail/dining and 35,000 sq. ft. of office space, with key tenants like KC Market, Davinci Café, and Oasis Fit now open.

Construction of the East Tower, led by MGM Construction Group, remains on schedule for completion in 2027. Meanwhile, the adjacent West Tower is nearing completion and targeting delivery in early 2026. The elevated amenity deck, designed by ArquitectonicaGEO, will serve both residential towers and is key to the project's vision of transforming the city with world-class design and amenities.

The amenity deck introduces a vast range of social and wellness spaces. Highlights include two pools with cabanas, a hot tub spa, a cold plunge, a children’s pool, and a yoga lawn. Indoor offerings feature a fitness/wellness center, business and co-working spaces, a banquet hall, and entertainment options such as a lounge bar with billiards, indoor/outdoor movie theaters, and a golf simulator.
