Construction at The St. Regis Residences, Miami, is rapidly advancing on Brickell Avenue, bringing the vision of a waterfront sanctuary closer to reality. The pouring of the first residential floor was a significant operation, requiring a total of over 24 hours of continuous pouring and the use of over 600 cubic yards of concrete. The project is a limited collection of 152 Waterfront Residences, ranging from two- to six-bedroom homes with prices starting at $6 Million.
