Related Group, ROVR Development and BH Group have officially broken ground on the sold-out District 225 luxury condominium tower located at 225 North Miami Avenue in Downtown Miami.

The sold-out property features 343 ready-to-rent, fully furnished residences that can be hosted by residents on Airbnb for any stay length (subject to applicable laws and restrictions). The condos are purposely designed, built and licensed to be shared in line with the continued demand for flexible ownership and living options.

All units in the project were sold within two months of launch with most of the buyers being domestic and comprising young professionals and remote workers. The downtown Miami neighborhood is witnessing a resurgence of new residential high-rises due to increased demand for residential units in the area as a result of its cosmopolitan nature that caters to a live, work, play lifestyle. Completion of the District 225 luxury condominium tower is slated for 2024.
