Construction crews have officially topped off Bay Harbor Towers, an 8-story luxury condominium development at 10141 East Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. Developed by PPG in partnership with L3C Capital Partners, the waterfront project has reached structural completion and is moving steadily toward its targeted delivery in the third quarter of 2026.
The project reports exceptional market confidence, achieving the 75%-sold milestone—the highest sales volume of any condominium development in Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by acclaimed architect Kobi Karp and featuring interiors by Steven G., the development comprises 44 residences ranging in size from 1,857 to 4,902 square feet. Only nine residences remain available, starting at $2.6 million, and two penthouses starting at $10 million.
Bay Harbor Towers is attracting buyers seeking a serene waterfront setting with refined luxury. Amenities include a private marina along the Indian Creek waterway, an indoor heated saltwater pool, and a sprawling rooftop featuring an infinity pool, summer kitchens, and a sunset Jacuzzi. All homes offer direct water views, flow-through layouts, and private elevator access.
PPG CEO Ari Pearl thanked the project team, including general contractor Civic Construction, for the swift progress, noting that the strong momentum reaffirms the market’s confidence in the quality and lifestyle Bay Harbor Towers offers to the area.
