Avenia Aventura, Interiors by FENDI Casa, a planned 22-unit luxury condominium at 20605 NE 34th Avenue in Aventura, has released a new collection of renderings showcasing its lavish amenity spaces. The waterfront development, led by Vertical Developments with architectural design by Kobi Karp, is poised to set a new standard for refined canal-side living.

The project, targeting LEED Gold certification, features three- and four-bedroom residences that start at approximately 3,500 square feet. The recently unveiled renderings illustrate FENDI Casa’s timeless design identity throughout the shared spaces. The lobby sets the tone with warm travertine floors and sculptural lighting, while the indoor and marina lounges incorporate natural materials and soft neutral tones, reflecting Aventura’s coastal setting.

Avenia’s comprehensive amenity program emphasizes wellness and recreation. The suite includes a Technogym-equipped fitness center with floor-to-ceiling windows and a gym lounge that opens onto an outdoor terrace. Additional offerings include a luxury massage room, minimalist steam and sauna rooms, a golf simulator room with warm wood accents, and a game room featuring custom FENDI furnishings and billiards.
