Biscayne Bay: Villa Miami Unveils $55M Triplex "Estate in the Sky."

December 23, 2025

Villa Miami, the 56-story waterfront tower on Biscayne Bay developed by Terra, One Thousand Group, and Major Food Group (MFG), has unveiled its crowning jewel: a 15,000-square-foot, three-story estate in the sky. Conceptualized by acclaimed AD100 interior designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., the triplex is priced at $55 million and is marketed as one of the most ambitious residences ever brought to the city.

The fully finished and furnished residence spans 12,752 interior square feet and over 2,000 square feet of exterior space, featuring five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and four private terraces. Charles & Co., inspired by mid-century Italian villas and Biscayne Bay, designed the space with a dramatic sculptural spiral staircase and luxury finishes like diamond-patterned stone and hand-applied plaster walls. The residence delivers the scale and privacy of a single-family home across three floors high above the bay.

The triplex dedicates its top level to full-service wellness and leisure, featuring a private bayfront infinity pool, a gym, sauna, steam room, and massage room. The tower itself fuses bold architecture—including a distinctive copper-colored exoskeleton by ODP Architects—with five-star hospitality in a low-density setting of just 70 residences. Major Food Group curates the resident experience, highlighted by The Copper Club, a three-level private amenity suite, and a ground-floor waterfront restaurant.

Villa Miami has attracted strong interest from high-net-worth individuals globally, reflecting South Florida’s evolving buyer profile of CEOs, finance executives, and tech moguls. The tower is under construction and is on track to become a new architectural landmark on Biscayne Bay, with delivery targeted for late 2027
