CMC Group, led by Ugo Colombo, has announced the completion of Vita at Grove Isle, a 7-story boutique waterfront condominium on the private island of Grove Isle. Following the issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), unit closings are now officially underway. This 65-residence project stands as the only new luxury condominium to be delivered in Coconut Grove in 2025, offering buyers immediate occupancy.

Designed by Arcadis and A++ Architecture, the development consists of three interconnected buildings—Mare, Luce, and Sole—following the island's natural shoreline. Residences feature private elevator access, 10-foot ceilings, and Italian-sourced finishes. Elite amenities include a bayfront pool, pickleball and padel courts, a wellness spa, and access to the Grove Isle Racquet and Yacht Club. Additionally, the Italian restaurant La Sponda is slated to open on-site in 2026.

The project is nearly sold out, with the remaining inventory starting at $6.5 million and a flagship penthouse priced at $22 million. Buyers have been predominantly domestic, attracted by the island's seclusion and the high level of craftsmanship synonymous with CMC Group. With Vita complete, the developer has already broken ground on its next landmark project: Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove.
