The Perigon, the only new pre-construction, ultra-luxury condominium currently offered on Miami Beach’s oceanfront, has revealed its elegant interiors by Tara Bernerd, a London-based designer renowned for her work on luxurious hotels and private yachts. Located at 5333 Collins Avenue, the project is being developed by a joint venture between Mast Capital and an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group. Set to be Miami Beach’s premier destination for oceanfront living, The Perigon will feature 17 floors comprising 74 two-to four-bedroom residences and eight resident-owned guest suites with expansive floor plans, panoramic ocean views, abundant natural light and private outdoor space.

The Perigon’s interior preview offers a first look at the arrival experience and building lobby which reflects bold architecture with its design bringing warmth and intimacy, while feeling both grand and welcoming. The floors are made of white natural stone with a diamond pattern mimicking the footprint of the tower in contrast to the elegant polished plaster walls trimmed in Italian stone. The residence interiors incorporate a combination of stone, glass and wood reflecting European influence, such as an open kitchen with custom-designed Italian cabinetry. The primary suite features bathrooms adorned in marble with dark bronze fittings, while select residences feature soaking tubs overlooking the shoreline and Miami skyline. This is further enhanced by gracious ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the ocean and bay.

The Perigon will offer several amenities, including a resident-only oceanfront restaurant and speakeasy bar, conservatory with a daily  breakfast bar, sunrise lounge and terrace. Residents can also enjoy an oceanfront swimming pool and spa, as well as poolside cabanas and sunbeds. The Perigon’s beachfront location will provide residents with exclusive access to the beach along with food and beverage service. Other amenities include a terraced fitness center with ocean views, children’s playroom, private salon, screening room, and wine room. The residences ranging from 2,100 square feet to 6,700 square feet are priced from $4 million.
