Fort Lauderdale: Sage Intracoastal Secures $115M Loan

Property Markets Group (PMG) has successfully secured a $115 million construction loan for Sage Intracoastal Residences, Fort Lauderdale. The financing, provided by GoldenTree Asset Management, will advance the construction of the 28-story boutique tower located at 900 Intracoastal Drive. The project has recently broken ground and is on track for completion in late 2027.

Designed by FSMY Architects with interiors by BAMO, the waterfront development will feature only 44 luxury residences, offering a highly private environment with just two units per floor. Homes will range from two- to four-bedroom layouts, starting at 2,767 square feet, and feature 10-foot ceilings and expansive terraces. Its prime location offers 200 linear feet of waterfront, with views protected by the adjacent Bonnet House Museum & Gardens.

The project includes over 19,000 square feet of amenities, highlighting a comprehensive wellness spa with steam, sauna, and cold plunge facilities. Residents will also enjoy a waterfront pool deck, a golf simulator, and a fitness studio. The Sage Penthouse Collection will further elevate the luxury offering with private rooftops featuring summer kitchens and plunge pools, all supported by 24-hour valet and concierge services.
