Together, they will introduce a 15,000-square-foot signature restaurant and an exclusive private membership club to Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale. Located in the heart of Flagler Village, the 45-story tower is the first Viceroy-branded residential development in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Designed by Built Inc., the new social hub will offer residents seamless access to elite culinary experiences and curated cultural programming. Residents will also receive immediate membership to the h.wood Rolodex, a bespoke program providing priority reservations, access to signature events, and white-glove service across the group's global portfolio. This collaboration integrates high-end nightlife and dining directly into the residential experience.

Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale features 251 luxury units with interiors by Rockwell Group and architecture by Arquitectonica.
