Developer Mikael Hamaoui of Riviera Horizons has partnered with Prestige Imports, one of the nation's premier exotic car dealerships, to launch a specialized automotive concierge program at the planned Pagani Residences. The service, titled Auto Privata, will be led by Prestige CEO Brett David and aims to provide a tailored luxury experience for residents' vehicle collections when the project is completed in 2028.
Under the agreement, Prestige Imports will train the condominium’s valet staff and provide comprehensive maintenance support, including monthly vehicle condition reports and service scheduling. Residents will have access to "discreet" vehicle delivery to social events, restaurants, or private airports. These bespoke services are designed to ensure that the automotive lifestyle matches the high-performance branding of the Pagani name.
Located at 7940 West Drive in North Bay Village, the 30-story tower will feature 70 luxury units with prices starting at $3.7 million. Pagani Residences joins a growing trend of automotive-branded real estate in South Florida, alongside projects such as Bentley Residences and Mercedes-Benz Places. Construction is currently underway, with the project set to become a new landmark for high-end, car-centric living.
