Developed by Terra, One Thousand Group, and Major Food Group (MFG), the 650-foot skyscraper is rapidly becoming a landmark on the Biscayne Bay skyline. The project is on schedule for completion in late 2027, bringing a new level of hospitality-driven luxury to the Edgewater neighborhood.

Designed by ODP Architects with interiors by AD100 designer Vicky Charles, the building is characterized by its distinctive copper-colored exoskeleton.
