Vertical construction has reached the 21st floor at Villa Miami, a 56-story waterfront tower rising at 710 NE 29th Street. Developed by Terra, One Thousand Group, and Major Food Group (MFG), the 650-foot skyscraper is rapidly becoming a landmark on the Biscayne Bay skyline. The project is on schedule for completion in late 2027, bringing a new level of hospitality-driven luxury to the Edgewater neighborhood.
The tower features an exclusive collection of 70 half-floor and full-floor residences, including a recently unveiled $55 million penthouse. Designed by ODP Architects with interiors by AD100 designer Vicky Charles, the building is characterized by its distinctive copper-colored exoskeleton. Every unit is oriented to capture panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach, catering to a global pool of high-net-worth buyers and executives.
As MFG’s first branded residential tower, Villa Miami integrates world-class culinary programming into everyday living. Amenities are anchored by The Copper Club, a three-level private suite featuring wellness facilities, a screening room, and a rooftop helipad. Residents will also enjoy VIP access to a ground-floor waterfront restaurant operated by the team behind CARBONE and Dirty French, redefining the standard for service and design in Miami.
