The Delmore Residences in Surfside Reveals HBA Interiors

February 19, 2026

The Delmore, an ultra-luxury boutique condominium in Surfside, has unveiled a first look at its interiors designed by the world-renowned HBA Residential. In a seamless dialogue with the fluid architecture of Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), the 12-story tower embodies a "quiet luxury" aesthetic. The project, developed by DAMAC International, is currently progressing through its foundation stages and is on track for completion in 2029.

The design narrative is deeply rooted in the Surfside shoreline. HBA’s creative team integrated tactile elements like travertine with wavy grains and shell-stone finishes, inspired by actual shells collected on-site. This organic approach complements ZHA’s GFRC façade, creating a cohesive experience where the transition from the beach to the private residence feels effortless and transportive.

The Delmore features 37 full- and half-floor "mansions in the sky," averaging over 7,000 square feet with prices starting at $15 million. Residents will enjoy 55,000 square feet of world-class amenities, including a Michelin-level restaurant, a 20,000-square-foot meditation garden, and a signature suspended acrylic pool bridging the building’s two wings.
