Activity has been witnessed at the construction site of Baccarat Residences in Brickell, after the formal filing of plans for a site and soil improvements construction permit that is now in review. The Related Group’s Baccarat Residences is located in the Brickell neighborhood which has transformed from a banking center into a hub of luxury shopping, culinary excellence and opulent living. Baccarat Residences will be part of complex consisting of a total of three towers: Tower I (Baccarat Residences) at 848 feet, Tower II (apartments) at 550 feet, and Tower III (hotel and residential) at 897 feet. The high-design project will feature 318 tower residences, eight penthouses and an exclusive selection of 28 riverfront flats and duplexes, all with spectacular views and expansive interiors.
Envisioned by internationally recognized architecture firm Arquitectonica and branded under the world’s preeminent crystal company, the tower will feature a chiseled, glass façade. World-renowned New York City-based designer Meyer Davis will combine 18th-century French design and modern Miami ambience to create elegant and luxurious building interiors. The building lobby and common areas will feature ornate motifs, exquisite panel moldings, antique accent finishes, handcrafted Baccarat chandeliers, and beautiful decorative pieces.
The fully finished homes will feature open-concept living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive water views in the background of the city lights. All units will come with gourmet kitchens featuring stone-clad islands, custom Italian cabinetry and top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The project will also have 73,000 square feet of amenity space, including an Orangery, and a publicly-accessible riverwalk. Baccarat Residences in Brickell is now more than 75 percent sold with completion set for 2025.
