Gale Miami Hotel & Residences will occupy seven floors within Natiivo, a 51-story tower in downtown Miami. These seven floors, specifically levels 17 to 23, will feature 140 luxury condo hotel units offering open-concept designs and stunning views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. As a condo hotel, owners have the flexibility to use their residences at their convenience and can also place them in the onsite rental program to generate income when they're not in residence.
Gale is expected to provide a five-star experience, and owners will enjoy full access to all of Natiivo's extensive services and amenities. Natiivo will also dedicate approximately 70,000 square feet, spanning three floors, to its social club, which will offer a wide range of amenities for residents and guests.
